(Senior) Analyst, Transformation Data

The incumbent is responsible for providing insights, data-driven decision support and analytical capabilities to guide and measure progress of transformation activities. The role focuses on the data and financial aspects of transformational programs across the company.  

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS

  • Develop KPIs and metrics for tracking progress of transformation activities
  • Maintain high standards and cadence of reporting across the transformation programme
  • Monitor and report financials related to transformation projects, in alignment with FP&A and P&C Analytics teams
  • Develop software / online tracking tools, linking transformation initiatives to financial outcomes and other non-financial success criteria
  • Support preparation of Transformation Leadership and other key stakeholders’ meetings, ensuring efficient, informed and effective decision making and steer
  • Use data to present ideas and topics for discussion and turn complex concepts into simple language and to any stakeholder
  • Support program managers and business owners in:
    • developing project plans and ensure successful transformation initiative realisation
    • oordinating workstreams, timelines and priorities and drive continuous pace and momentum in transformation program.

  • Effective presentation skills with ability to present complex concepts and financial information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to manage projects and priorities in a changing environment

  • Continuous learner, eager to become proficient in project management and reporting / dashboarding tools
  • Effective problem-solving skills, with an ability to explore all feasible avenues before escalation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines in changing environment

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, IT, or a related field
  • 2-5 Years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, corporate finance, M&A or similar roles
  • Effective analytical skills, capable of working both independently and collaboratively
  • A track record of successful project delivery, managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in PowerBI or similar tools for reporting and data analysis is desired
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, experience with financial software a plus.
