ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

6-month internship, starting in as soon as possible
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Legal Services Technology team in a fast-paced, growing organization within a dynamic industry. Based in Betzdorf (Luxembourg), you will contribute to the effective functioning of the Legal Services Technology team.

 

 

Extended Job Description:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in draft, review, negotiate and interpret commercial agreements in support of a broad spectrum of global business initiatives;
  • Observe contract follow-up and administration and keep contact with business partners on contract execution;
  • Conduct research and draft memoranda in various legal fields;
  • Provide assistance to the Company’s affiliates and subsidiaries on legal aspects as requested;
  • Provide specialist support and advice on legal matters in various functions.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Being an advanced and current student in law (minimum Master 1);
  • Strong interest in the media/telecommunication business;
  • Excellent analytical and judgment skills, experience with corporate law is an asset;
  • Ability to set priorities and to work under tight deadlines;
  • Computer literate (Word, MS PowerPoint, Excel, Access);
  • Work independently as well as in a team; easiness to communicate at all levels;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English with additional languages considered an asset;
  • EU-nationality or valid work permit for Luxembourg.
